60 day return policy if the product is factory sealed and unopened.
MV Supplements is located in Sweden, we ship all orders same-day with Tracked PostNord 1st Class Priority mail shipping is free to Sweden and 9 euros elsewhere. Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched on the same day (including weekends) if payment is received before 17:00 mid-day (Stockholm/Berlin time). We do not provide returns of Phenibut for any reason, this is due to the high likelihood of fraud, by purchasing phenibut you agree to our terms.

Reship Policy

If item is seized by customs or if the package is lost we offer one free re-ship on all orders.

We do not accept claims of:

"The item broken during shipping"

"The package was delivered but it is empty"

"The content leaked during shipping"

These claims are not accepted because they can not be proven and they can be easily claimed by anyone to get a free product. We have done extensive testing on our packaging and all items are carefully packaged and sealed by us,  We know with certainty our products arrive safely and intact 99.9% of the time so we can not accept these as valid claims, by purchasing you agree unconditionally to our terms.
